Contribuiți la feedbackIt is disappointing that this café has closed down. It used to be a wonderful spot for breakfast, lunch, or coffee and cake. I did notice in December 2016 that an Italian restaurant will be opening there in January 2017. We will definitely give that place a try.
Last year we discovered a cafe serving truly great tasting coffee. This year we visited this place again and found out that all is gone, the is now a building site. What a let down. As we wandered around, we took a lane off Taipei road, in Taipei lane I came across Bean Inn Coffee. To our surprise, the coffee tastes great and later we found out that this is a business under new management and that they are targeting coffee lovers. The lady boss spoke very good English and Mandarin. She also knows local places of interest, where to shop and have great meals and can book and organise trips to places of interest. Very friendly and informative lady serving great coffee with lovely Thai smile.
I discovered this gem along the main strip of Redcliffe. There was ample seating as you enter and make your way through the cafe. The service was excellent, the coffee was delicious, and the food was fantastic. The only minor issue was that our dishes were served at different times. I ordered the fig toast, which should have been easy to serve alongside my partner's bacon and eggs, but mine arrived about eight minutes before his and ended up getting cold as I waited. The salads on display looked beautiful as well.
Great coffee and a nice breakfast served here each day , we have been a few times and always friendly staff .
Loveliest staff and the food is great quality for money, plenty of gluten free and vego options, cute vintage atmosphere :)
