This was the most disgusting resturant I've been too. This place needs to be cleaned. There were spilled food around the serving dishes, and they weren't covered. One of the employees threw a marker, he used to write the description of the food on the container, in the meat tray. He took the marker out and comtinued serving from the meat tray. Just disgusting. There were spilled nacho chips on the floor. The nacho chips were burnt. The cashier was taking money with a glove on one hand but the other hand, no glove was used to open the container to make sure your order was correct. One preparer fixed my good very sloppy. My taco salad was soggy from the bean gravy. My ground beef was just that grinded until it was mushy. I think these employees need to be retrained or terminated.

This business has good food and a decent atmosphere, however the customer service negates everything. Employee's pay more attention to each others jokes and banter than they do to what they are actually doing, this of course results in the obvious, incorrect orders! My order was over $110 and I live over 20 miles from this store so made sure to mention over 6 times to three different employee's that I would like the order inventoried to make sure they gave me everything I ordered because I live so far away. Yet still, of course my order was missing items including my sons. I feel empathy for the owner of this franchise, the potential employee pool in the city his business is located is absent of any kind of applicant that actually gives a s$ #t about doing a good job or even paying attention to make sure a simple task of reading back the order and checking the bags to see if they match! This was the first bad experience we have had here but it was also our first mobile order for pickup, at least if we dine in the restaurant we can watch them make our food ensuring it's what we ordered. Also, when I called the store back to explain that even though I had spoke to three different employee's to make sire they checked the order accuracy, she was so casual with her response and lack luster unsincere appology tjat I makes me believe this kind of mostake is common place and acceptabke in their minds. Owner, I understand if all you can hire is high school kids and early 20 something young adults that are more focused on their social life or their social media accounts than providing what you pay them to provide, that you at the very least have a leader that is compitent and has a grasp of what his team is doing.

Ordered for delivery and got no chips with the nachos. No sides of guacamole or cheeses sauce or sour cream and qusadilla had only chicken and black olives hardly any cheese and none of the veggies requested. This place sucks!!!

Wait time was unbelievably long. The serving line was really slow.All the salsas were out.No toilet paper in ladies room.The bright spot was the man at the cash register with glasses, mustache and a ponytail.When I told him about the salsa and the toilet paper, he hopped right on it.He needs to be made a manager.
