Papa John's Pizza - Savannah

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I'll wait for an hour for a pizza. She told me it was on the way 20 minutes ago. it's a 15-minute drive to my house. dominos is the way to go for fiese pizza

Pizza was hot but dry. Made the pepperoni extra salty. Definitely not NY style.

Worst experience I have ever had !!! I will never order from Papa Johns on Skidaway again, if they do not get a new manager. Marcel the manager was rude and very unprofessional. We ordered and when we got the order, it was wrong. So of course I called to speak with them, I got the manager Marcel and told him it was wrong. His response was all I can do is give you your money back in a very rude voice and hung up on me. Not, can I correct the order and resend it!!! I called back to make sure it was not an accidental hang up, understanding that accidents do happen. I explained that I just spoke with him and was hung up on and told him I thought that was very rude , he said so. I asked if he liked his job and told him I was going to contact corporate and the BBB, his response was do what you want to and hung up on me again. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had, especially with a manager.

Spent 45 on pizza which never was delivered. Waisted 2 hours waiting. Awful service. No one even explained what happened.

Ok I usually go to papa johns just about every other week and this particular the young lady told me they have no drivers and they where going to send it through dash or Uber eats. Patiently waiting for my pizza to be delivered.. then over an hour went past we end up calling papa johns and they said the dasher was already here. I politely told the manager at the location man no one call,knock,or ring the door bell… the dasher put my pizza literally on the concrete ground and I was very upset… the manager sound like she had a attitude and said well I’m tryna see if you wanted your money back or you can come get another pizza.. If things where handle properly and such as customer service I would of said I’ll just pick up another but I ask for my refund but the manager seem like she didn’t want to be bother of poor customer service.wish I would took a pic of my pizza on ground with no cover up
