Unfortunately, I couldn’t return the very next day, so I came back two days later to request a refund since they had taken my money. I didn’t use DoorDash or any other delivery service; I simply searched for Krystal's online, found this location, and chose the pick-up option. There seemed to be no way to contact anyone except the restaurant itself. When I spoke with a staff member, she informed me that there was nothing they could do and couldn't provide any information about the management on duty that night, which was March 15, at 11:05 PM. I showed her my receipt, but unfortunately, I encountered rudeness from some staff members. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I take customer service seriously, and this was an incredibly disappointing experience. It feels like theft to take money without providing any service in return. I have the online receipt as proof.

Since I moved to the area last year, Odyssey has become my go-to place to relax and enjoy an evening out.

I always enjoy myself here...think I will celebrity my BIG 50th BIRTHDAY right here...
