Mcdonald's - Savannah

Where is the manager? On September 24, 2022, there were only two employees working. I’m giving two stars for them because they are the real heroes in this situation. It's quite disappointing overall. I'd choose McDonald's over this place any day!

I arrived at McDonald's at 10:00 PM, only to find it closed. It seemed like the staff were being a bit lazy, as they were more interested in their phones than serving customers. They simply told us to go somewhere else. Disappointing experience!

This mcdonald needs some customer service training. the older white lady full of drinks orders was very rude. none of the employees had nameplates and they were all dressed mainly in street clothes. we were told directly at work in cash, only that was in order. I have given my order where the cash broke. a large koks and small diet with the child meal. some, as a medium diet was added. I tried to use my rewards in which I was told I couldn't. the older women do not communicate properly with the young cash. when that was straight, they dug out the other large diet coke and poured on children (a normal person would just let it go) the manager tasha sat somewhere behind. we had to wipe the table. the pommes came out. When we asked for a refill, we asked the older woman's name, she refused to give to the young white boy and say to do it. I guess because we asked about her name.

I wouldn’t expect to be high grade or even a welcome at McDonald’s, but to have a phone call while I take my order, advised me to talk about 5 minutes, as a trainer to say to take my order, poor young man was confused not my order got her back to pick up my order again wrongly as the wrong size tired to give me a s instead n when the fries were cold, but hot burgers. I just put it in my air shelf, n called it a night.

People were inside but would not respond at 6:43 a.m. . The sign says they are open at 6:00 a.m.Terribly disappointed. Would give no stars if that were an option. Unable to have anything. Other posts say that they have staffing issues. If they paid well, they would have an eager and caring staff. Apparently, they're too cheap for that.
