Buffalo Wild Wings - Savannah

Excellent service and most delicious nachos ever.... yum yum yum yum yum yum yum!!!! The waitress (I think it might have been new, was to help some of us, then a large group came down on us from another universe. I thought... omg, the poor thing, she'll break, and we'll either starve and die here, or all orders will be upset, it'll take all night to sort it... omg. Whoa... you're eating pro and doing a great job to keep all of us satisfied and under control; everything went well and all orders were perfect and went to the right table and person wow! I'm sure I'll eat here again when in town.

Ordered online. Arrived at the time given to pick it up. 3 other people where standing at pick up counter for there food. No employee was at the counter. After standing for 20 minutes, someone from the bar came up front to try and help us all. I was waiting 20 minutes for my order. One of the three people that was there before I arrived, was still waiting on her food, when I left. When I later opened my order, I realized I had an item missing from my order. I paid for the full order , but I didn't get it. There were maybe 6 other customers in the restaurant.

I absolutely love buffalo wild wings, but this restaurant is a no go. We waited 15 minutes to be seated which is okay and understandable, but then an additional 35 minutes to be served. With this being said, we were not acknowledged until another server was going to serve us, but was stopped by another waitress saying she would get us. She then proceeded to disappear for 10 minutes before getting our order.

Service was good, but the majority of the menu was unavailable. Our waitress was very attentive and she gets 5 stars. The main reason for the 2 star is having an employee walk past our table stinking of weed. We confirmed it was an employee because while paying our bill the same employee walked out of the kitchen area and walked by with the same smell lingering behind him. While the food and service was very good, my family won't be back to this location.

Where to start. This was a hot unorganized mess. We ordered wings and fries for both of us. Went to pick up and there was NO ONE in takeout. After waiting for what seemed like forever the bartender came out and helped my husband. She went to the back to get the person who was supposed to be working up there. He was met with a level of unprofessionalism unheard of. She left and never returned and ANOTHER woman ended up helping him get out already paid for order that had a tip and wouldn’t allow me to take off. But this type of customer service does NOT deserve a tip. The fries were cold. At least the wings were good.
