Barnes Restaurant - Savannah

We got our food 30 minutes after we order and after several people who came in after us. We ordered the lunch Jumbo Shrimp special for Friday. The Shrimp and fries was cold, hush puppies tasted like unsalted cornbread, Brunswick stew was cold and potato salad wasn't good.

Extremely dusty, over half of their lights are burned out. Went to order Fried pickles ohh we don't have those, okay broccoli bites, were out of those too. Ok fine no app. Pork chops one fried, one grilled. Nope can't do that. I certainly won't come back here.

Went for lunch with two friends on 8/10/22. Service was horrible and my friend was charged over $100 for her check when we all ate salads. My check was the highest with an app for the table and it was no where near $100. Luckily I paid with cash. Corporate please help this location out. I understand understaffing is an issue, but over charging a credit card is ridiculous. Along with a server bringing our drinks to the table after our 1st app arrived to the table. Everyone makes mistakes, but they need some help.

Dirty run down. Staff could care less to wait on customers! Long wait to be seated. Once seated no one came to table. We got up to leave after long wait. Server said as we were leaving I will help you in a few minutes. We said tired of waiting...hee response no problem no apology. I wouldn 't recommend...and never go again!! Health dept needs to pay a visit!!

I came here last 2 weeks and the energy was very depressing, until today Mrs. Anita was very nice, patient and helpful.... Thank you, so Anita has to be here last time. The Barbecue ribs were good, that's why I visit. The chocolate caramel and the Pound cake was delicious. Visit again.
