Baldinos Giant Jersey Subs - Savannah

I attempted to visit this restaurant multiple times, but for various reasons, it was either closed or there was an issue in the kitchen. I finally managed to find it open, but this time they only accepted cash. The staff member seemed more focused on chatting with her friend than making my sandwich. The place also felt unkempt and dirty inside. My recommendation would be to head a few blocks away to the subway instead.

Great customer service. You even cleaned the machines for my son who has allergies. That was very nice of them to take us when they weren't super busy. Thank you.

The attitude of the owner was not good. It was my first time and apparently I was asking too many questions. He actually walked away. The only reason why I didn't walk out is because there was a lady there working who had no problems answering my questions. The sandwich was dry, they don't have a toaster, and only one kind of cheese. This is why I go to jimmy johns. I wanted to try something new and was dissapointed.

First things first, the food here was pretty good, and the price reasonable. The amount of turkey we received on our subs was a little light, but I can chalk that up to us not having any experience ordering here, I saw some other customer's subs and they were piled high. The bread in particular was quite tasty. Toppings for the sandwiches were all fresh and tasted good. Now the bad. The overall condition of the restaurant was run down. I mean tables wobbly, very dated, restroom had a bunch of patched together repairs. Basically it looks like anything that breaks they fix in the cheapest and fastest method possible. When we pulled up we actually weren't sure they were still in business until we saw other customers inside. Service was a little slow, but we were doing hard labor in the area so a bit of a sit down break was nice. Now the terrible. This place is very dirty, it needs a deep cleaning immediately; particularly in the dining area.

Really busy at lunchtime. Subs are quite substantial, with generous portions of meats and toppings. Facility is kinda rundown and DEFINITELY needs an update badly, but the food is prepped in front of you and pretty good.
