Applebee's Grill - Savannah

Worst experience ever at applebee. we ordered everything they can eat wings and fries expect better than what we have. the half of the wings were so hard that we couldn't eat them, the waitress was very unattractive as it was slow. we waited forever for refilling. we waited so long we paid the bill on the pad at the table and waited for a box for other meal ordered.

Wait for drinks, water retention after 35 minutes. then sat a few behind us, and 5 minutes later, served water and frise. we ask her if she forgot us. she claims the order is a backup. well, tonight 0. was great.

Extremely slow but not busy. Waitress had issues with timely drink refills. The only reason for a 2 is food was good once we finally got it. We arrived at 730 and did not get food until 9. I asked them to sing happy birthday to my daughter and the waitress replied we don't do that. Not 10 minutes later they sang to another child. We will not be back.

The food was good but the service was soooo slow and unorganized lawd they never removed any of the dishes off the table and we had a party of five had to keep asking for refill two people never got refills manager sat out at the table talking the hold time this location is nice but for as organization and team work it lacks but the guy at the bar took care of his people at the bar I think there regular he knew them by names but still we spending money to we spent most of our time looking crazy ? wishing my son could get his honey mustard for his tenders

Good place to eat food friendly staff will recommend others to come here good food all in the neighborhood awesome drinks
