Disappointing Dining Experience at Green AcresWe chose Green Acres to celebrate a college graduation. After hearing positive expectations from family and friends, we decided to go for a special night out. However, disappointing service marred our evening, and a lackluster dining experience followed.When we arrived, both the bar and dining room were nearly empty. Despite it not being busy for an 8:30 reservation, it took our server, Kelly, over 15 minutes to bring our drinks from an empty bar. Meanwhile, we couldn't help but feel pressured by the bus girls, who were cleaning up and eyeing us to hurry with our meal.When our order for the fish fry was finally placed, it arrived surprisingly fast within 5 minutes. However, it became evident that the food had been under a heat lamp. The fish and accompanying potatoes arrived disappointingly cold despite Kelly's warning about not touching the plate because it was hot.Throughout the evening, Kelly's service remained erratic, contributing to a sense of being rushed and unwelcome, almost as if we were inconveniencing the staff by being there. This, coupled with the overall disorganization and lack of attention to detail, left a bitter taste in our mouths, figuratively speaking.Despite the positive reviews we had heard about Green Acres Supper Club, our firsthand experience fell far below expectations.While we acknowledge that every establishment can have an off night, the combination of subpar service and food quality makes us hesitant to give it a second chance. Regrettably, what was meant to be a memorable celebration turned into a forgettable dining experience.

There aren't a whole lot of Supper Clubs left, let alone real-deal ones that do it well. This is one of them. We have been many times. The last, and a great example from a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night. Due to things we were there around 8:30 30 minutes before close. We apologized; they were graceful and welcoming. Service impeccable and the type you are looking for in a Supper club. Drinks and refills quick. The usual order of wedge, prime rib MR with horseradish, hash browns cheese was the stuff. We inhaled and were out the door by 10 after. Awesome and deserving of every dang star. Tourist friendly! (but my dining companion says please do something with the upstairs, it feels like a barn)

Ordered to go fish...great service, food great 30 minutes later

We stopped here for Saturday prime rib. The food was delicious and the wait staff was very attentive.

Huge portions of ribs and 1/2 roasted chicken. The wedge salad was enormous. Staff was very friendly and efficient.
