Auberge de Cartassac - Sarrazac

We rated dinner in an à logis hotel with a restaurant as savoureux. that should be at the limit of the fine kitchen, but it was far from this, eating was easy, service was courteous, but nothing polished, adjacent amateur. some kartoffels were. underboiled, and a Rhabarb crumb was smooth cream with broken cookies on the top. in comparison to other Logis restaurants of this category this is not an accurate or valid categorization.

This is a true auberge or hospitable where it is an entire environment that works very well, not to rent a room for one night or two. an excellent basis when they explore the region. in contrast to many other options in the opposite, this is auberge. in an open, flat area, which means that it is brighter warmer stays far longer on other places. directly on the road (but these thick stone walls make it quiet! it is easy to get to know and easy to come, large parking spaces. if they are planning to have dinner at least once. it is excellent in the did, I would say that dinner really made the stay unforgettable for us. The seafood star was wonderful, the pork melted in our mouth that was dessert delicious. wein was a good one. we also had a laundry cellar on another day when we had a big lunch, didn't want to dinner and it was done with style. a pleasure to sit on the terrace. the auberge has a beautiful dining room, an breakfast room (fair value breakfast a lounge/bar that is perfect for planning the day, especially when traveling with others, and a beautiful outdoor area with a large swimming pool, lounge chairs, sun umbrellas, soaking and dining tables. we loved to spend the evening with a drink. the couple that leads the auberge does not speak much English, but they are wonderfully humorous and very welcoming, always thoughtful about our needs. while open the rooms are common, they are pleasant to ask for a room with views of the pool and the castle turenne on the hill. we booked for two nights and liked it so much we added a third night. a really beautiful French experience, especially when they use the atmosphere.

Location few minutes of turenne, large house with family-run with comfortable rooms and large bathroom. room with water cooker and air conditioning. pool available, but not used at this opportunity. unless they drive elsewhere they are limited to the menu offered, but. provided that eating was very good. wifi worked well. typical breakfast menu. lots of space for parking etc. this is directly on the road, but not traffic noise.

Location situated few mins from Turenne, large house with family run business with comfortable rooms and large bathroom. Rooms equipped with kettle and air con. Pool present but not used on this occasion. Unless you drive elsewhere you are limited to menu offered, but having said that the food was very good. Wifi worked well. Typical breakfast menu. plenty of space for parking etc. Located just off the road but no traffic noise.
