Wendy's - Sarasota

I find myself visiting this restaurant quite frequently. The service is consistently prompt and dependable, and their specialties never disappoint. It truly captures the essence of Sarasota. I always place my orders perfectly. One time, while I was in the drive-thru, one of the staff even diagnosed an issue with my car. They go above and beyond in every way!

I ordered a Baconator and it wasn't very good (especially since it was almost 8$ for just the sandwich). I used to really enjoy Wendy's, but it seems too expensive for the quality of food now.

I asked for plain hamburger and they put cheese, so 6 bucks for nothing, one time I didn't check before I left. Order girl repeated to me so must have been ones filling it. New French toast sticks were good though and strawberry lemonade.

Wow 2 recent visits and 1st, the window shut before I could even ask for a napkin. 2nd, they were laughing with the manager and that was fine. But the girl at the window turned around and said what ?! Asked for my drink and was told I didn 't order one. Slammed the window. I waited with my receipt showing my drink and after another rude comment had a partially filled drink shoved at me with a eye roll. Very dramatic not so amusing though.

I can't say enough good things about this place. We visit this particular Wendy's almost every night. The staff is fantastic; they know our order as soon as we start to place it. I really appreciate them!
