Wendy's - Sarasota

I was happy to see the dining room open, but as I entered the square, I was hit with smoke from something. I waited at the counter for several minutes until someone finally came out from the drive-thru. The chicken sandwich was fantastic, but it seemed like I received the bottom of the french fries; they were all small pieces.

I really enjoy the menu options at Wendy's—where else can you get a baked potato through a drive-thru? It's one of the few places left where you can still find a good salad on the menu. The service here is excellent too; Ethan went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic lunch experience.

We initially had to wait in the car for about five minutes without moving, so we decided to go inside. Once inside, we could hear a lot of activity happening in the back, but we remained patient. A kind woman approached us and assured us someone would be with us shortly, and soon after, a friendly man took our order. Perhaps we just visited at a busy time, but I really appreciate the genuine atmosphere as it reminded me of my childhood there.

Burger was much to dry so that it kept it warm more than 50 minutes, whatever and the cheese was not even melted. deception

Everything was cold. Cheese sauce was covering EVERYTHING in the bag. The burger was cold and soggy. The chicken was overcook and old, with one side soggy and falling apart. Staff looked dirty and ungroomed. I will NEVER return to this location. It is unfortunate because I went to this location in the past with great results. A year has changed everything... save your money and go to McDonalds up the road on 41
