This one is incredibly busy. Due to that, it's chaotic and disorganized. The drive thru is backed up, inside the store they're backed up. It takes 10 minutes before they take your order. They have plenty of staff, but haven't wrangled it in yet.

I’m leaving this review specifically to highlight an employee, I believe her name is Mischa (I hope I spelled it right! . While I was waiting for my mobile order, I noticed she was trying to accommodate a customer that became extremely rude and aggressive. Throughout the whole exchange, Mischa was so polite and patient and I think her professionalism should be recognized.
