The lady in the drive through told me it was going to be a wait for my food, and that it was only her and another employee. But at-least my food was hot and fresh?????

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We went through the drive thru (tried to go inside but the doors were locked . They took our order and we paid for our food, but then they told us to park and we waited 40 minutes for our food. (Which was just a #1, nothing special. This is not 'fast food '. That 's just bad customer service, and they know they are doing it and trying not to get caught.

When I first arrived employees were outside arguing with somone. The place was dirty and nothing was stocked as in forks, spoons, napkins. Went for breakfast and the food was very old, coffee tasted like water. The bathroom was very dirty and there is no soap, so im not sure how the employees properly wash their hands. DO NOT recommend and will not be returning.

Waited forever to get half our food. Half of us were done before the other half of us got food. Roaches running on the walls... didn't see before we paid and had half of our order.. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty.

I asked for 4 crystals with cheese and ketchup, after I paid she told me they were out of ketchup, my crystals did not have cheese she took them back in and put cold cheese on the same crystals and return them to me, my French fries were sticking together like one big fry, the Coca-Cola was good
