Chicken Salad Chick - Saraland

Autumn was super helpful in deciding what to get since my first time at a Chicken Salad Chick!! The turkey croissant sandwich was pretty daggum good !!

Just dead silence in the dinning area. Food was good. Didn't give me a fork to eat with.

This was the first visit ever to a chicken salad chick.Number one please…Stop asking customers for tips on counter service and pay your team a living wage!Please!I wanna pay the price listed and that’s it!I should not HAVE to pay extra….Sandwich was good (chicken salad blt)Mac n cheese was NOT!The cashier was great! Sam!!! 5 stars!!!While looking at menu board was asked if ready to order. We needed more time.Revived food promptly. It was delivered to us.Poured our own drinks, cleared our own table at end of meal… and when we first sat down it was very wet and we used napkins which were already on table to dry it.Went to restroom before leaving and there was a queue (only 2 stalls), employee was cleaning it while we were in there.It was very clean and stoked.

If you like Chick Fil A and how it's run, then this is a similar outfit. Well prepared, clean and fresh salads etc..

I was passing through when my boyfriend and I stopped at this Chicken Salad Chick!! The GM Morgan was so kind helpful. She gave us recommendations on what to get based on what we like in our usual chicken salad. Never had the grape salad until Morgan told me how good it was now I WILL be getting it every time i go!!!Thanks Morgan!!
