I highly recommend visiting Cantinho dos Charutos if you want to eat fresh, perfectly cooked Portuguese food in a local restaurant. We stopped at Cantinho dos Charutos on a busy day sightseeing in the area and it was the best lunch we've had in some time. The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked and came with a vegetable rice. The beef was thinly slices and pan fried with rice and fries. The salad was fresh and crunchy. After we finished, we were offered more food in case it was not enough. What more can you ask for? Best of all was the friendly welcome and a lovely waitress who made it possible to overcome the language barrier enjoy the famous Portuguese hospitality.

Very local with good food and an amazing host. Had some great dishes and it was really good! Very cheap as well had a amazing time here :D
