Ninjin - Santa Monica

The food here is really disappointing! The spicy tuna roll tasted awful because the tuna was spoiled, and the California roll was mediocre at best. I’m not sure how this place is still in business, as it doesn’t seem like they’re operating at a quality standard. Save your time and money by choosing a different restaurant instead!

The customer service was very disappointing. The staff were quite rude, and they provided me with eel sauce for my roll, which I didn't expect.

I'm not sure what has happened to this restaurant, but everything I ordered tonight was disappointing. Is this place still operational, or is it just someone repackaging items from Ralph's? Honestly, I think Ralph's sushi is better. The only enjoyable item from my $70 order was the edamame. Save yourself and your wallet the hassle and choose literally any other restaurant for your sushi night.

This is a great place in downtown Santa Monica to get a cheap sushi menu with all the different menu items you would expect. I especially like the speciality they have on board and had a very pleasant experience with a fat tuna sushi and fat tuna hand rolls. This is a very relaxed atmosphere, with sports games playing on the TVs, but said to courage. The staff is friendly and attentive. The turnaround time was surprisingly fast every time I go there. I am grateful that this place mainly exists at the end of a working day, such a luxury to have a nice meal with some white rice and hot tea. In any case, it is worth checking.

We delivered the other food, bowl and udon was pretty bad. I was surprised how fat it was, tons of oil, it is unusual for the Japanese food. We liked only soy beans and seaweed salad. Very disappointing
