Classic Pizzeria - Santa Monica

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The customer service was a joke. The receptionist, Wilbert, was extremely rude and seemed angry with me for no reason. If he doesn’t feel comfortable working here, he should consider staying home instead. I would advise against visiting this place.

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. We walked in, ordered two slices, and then waited 20 minutes. When we inquired about the long wait, the staff member went inside to check but then emerged and started watching TV without saying a word. We had to ask twice about our order before they offered some excuse about making fresh pizza. Ultimately, we decided to ask for a refund and left.

Best pizza in west LA. Also great salads and pastas and deserts. Cool lunch specials inside the restaurant also. Easy parking friendly service. Reasonable prices.

Ordered a pizza with pineapple and goat through postmates and all I got was a pineapple pizza. Incredibly disappointed.

One of my local favorites. I grew up on Classic Pizza. I love the food here. Pizza is pretty great and one of my all time favorites is the avocado chicken sandwich. The employees in the front could be a little friendlier. Maybe just pretend they are happy to be working? Lol Definitely a place to try out!
