Chowking, Malabon City Square

Just soso for quick lunch and dinner. I like halo halo and shomai that's why we keep coming.

I like the fried chicken of Chowking. I ordered the shomai from Master Shomai so excuse that photo please. Their chicken is good and crunchy, almost the same as Jollibee and Greenwich actually. Their egg rice is also good though I wish that the serving is better. I also like the wanton soup. I just hate the fact that the place isn't really clean which is a downer.

It was very nostalgic when we came to this branch because there was a Chowking years ago in this area and having a Chowking branch again in the vicinity just brings back memories when we were still in Elementary and High School. This branch, however, carried the renovated design of Chowking which is modern. The quality of the food was good. We were satisfied with our orders as most of them were hefty. Yes, even the chao fan. However, we only have an issue on cleanliness of utensils since some of the trays were a bit murky. We opted for plastic utensils instead. The Eatventurers
