Wow! I’m not quite sure what else to say besides that! I visited this lovely New Mexican restaurant for dinner based on a colleague's recommendation, and I couldn't be happier. They make their own tortillas, which are simply divine—light, fluffy, and bursting with flavor! I ordered a chicken enchilada and opted to add Calabacitas, smothered in their green chile. Incredible doesn’t even begin to describe it. The chicken was incredibly moist and flavorful, and the green chile had a delightful kick. It wasn’t overwhelmingly hot; the heat built pleasantly over time and was delicious! When the dish was placed in front of me, it looked massive, but I devoured the whole thing with no regrets. They don’t serve alcohol, but honestly, it wasn’t necessary. What a fantastic little spot! I can’t wait to return!
