Had the most deliciously unusual sandwich called the Audubon: on a locally baked baguette, Corrolitos smoked turkey, fig jam, and full cream brie. YUM!
Arrived at posted opening time, and had to wait for staff to finish their opening procedure. Asked if croissant was fresh, and was informed that they just arrived. 10 minutes later and $6 less, I had a day-old croissant and small coffee. Decor is cute and clean, and staff were friendly.
I love this place — favorite breakfast place. Friendly service, delicious food, high quality ingredients, cozy chic ambience — playlists and decor always on point! Hands down the BEST Avocado toast in the city, they really do not on the avocado!! Such a nice hot sauce lineup. I'm in love with the creamy Habanero. Breakfast Burritos are huge, super filling. The prices are legit, Baristas kill it, have not yet tried their Taco Tuesday, but it looks good. So happy they make a turmeric latte! I want to go to Matcha. Back in the Tannery, this is such a beautiful place to get a quiet cup of coffee and write a little, breakfast after a training bathroom need a code that always changes so safe to check. Rotating art displays by local artists, beautiful and inspiring. Many parking spaces back (take the rear entrance to the parking lot, not the first one that drives the river St). So chill. One of my lucky places in town.
If you know my reviews, you know that I don't spend 5 stars very often. I'm not sure this place really deserves a full 5 stars, but it's the most beautiful place I've been arriving for three months. Free ice water on tap. Clean. Good Mocha. And good service this morning! Breakfast Burrito was well done, just not the recipe I was hoping. The cashier went out his way to get me 3 Salsas, cutlery and cloth napkin. All I could have done alone, but he went the extra mile and did this in a very inconspicuous way. I'm back with friends.
Sorry to say that the bahn mi chicken sandwich I ordered was a complete miss. Served on a dry stale, even sourdough ! bagette, with limp vegetables that tasted more of sourkraut that the sweet, spicey flavors I expected. Overall very dry and unpleasant, without a hint of mayonnaise or Sriracha sauce anywhere about the thing. Hopefully, this was just an off day.
