Burger King - Santa Cruz

Another night and another closed drive-through. Every other night they have the drive-through closed. I?ve never seen more incompetence in my life.

Very bad customer service. We ate at this place ,had fun at the beach and on the way back My little one wanted to use the washroom..we stopped here again but they wanted us to buy something to use the washroom.. After a purchase,was given the key tothe washroom which was very dirty.. went back and asked him for other washroom key, denied saying that it's only for employees..my 6yr old was feeling very uncomfortable.. had to stop by mcdonalds to get him to washroom.. terrible service

Fast clean low price no mistakes fun I wore the kingheadgear preparing

Not very happy with the person that came from back, the lady named CHRISTINA *preparing food, came around to help/flurt the gentleman in line. Would love to talk to someone about the way I was treated. NOT HAPPY! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION *AT ALL* not taking about restrooms how dirty it was.

A very tasty place with good prices, the woman at the counter very politely helped us with the choices, since we first went to this place. And in the end, the children were also presented with toys....
