Gyu-kaku Japanese Bbq - Santa Clarita

I never heard of this place or restaurant before. My son who was visiting from North Cal. took us here during happy hour time. Loved everything! Service, environment n FOOD! Too bad I didn't get d chance to try their macaroons for dessert. Definitely coming back n will try other food on d menu.

Great food service specially during happy hour, they actually gave me a chipped beer glass but as soon as I showed them the problem they replaced it immediately with a brand new fresh round on the house.

This place is amazing there happy hour menu is beyond awesome! The staff is great and food is even better! I suggest everyone get down there and get your BBQ on!! The Electric lemonade is to die for!!!

Working near Little Tokyo and Chinatown for over 13 years, I've been searching for great spots in Santa Clarita for delicious Asian cuisine. My wife and I decided to try Gyu Kaku Valencia after noticing it on a Saturday errand run. Happy Hour (after 8:30p nightly on our visit) was a great experience courteous, attentive and informative service staff welcomed and walked us through the meal even suggesting cooking times and menu recommendations as first timers. And the Happy Hour food was great almost a tapas styled take on Japanese food. The portions of meat were small but encouraged tasting Hanger Steak, Teriyaki Beef, Toro Beef and Spicy Pork on the personal grills. We both LOVED the Hanger Beef the best and a couple of cold Sapporos topped it off nicely. Unlike the exhaust fiasco at another local spot (Gogi House), table systems were warm on the face but efficient as well. Bright, clean modern interiors and stained concrete floors suggested Japanese style and nicely designed menus/specials flyers made it easy to order. Best overall experience I've had in a while. A must try for SCV folks...

The pork belly and duck breast are our absolute favorite. Sooooooo tasty, and great service. Definitely one of our fave places for date night.
