Ramen Hajime - Santa Clara

I have now tried all her main sheds and they are all very tasty and complex. You are very savory and you have a wide range of feelings to choose: a delicate shoyu, a delicious toncottsu, and a spicy exciting fog. But I recently have to try out her Haru Ramen limited special, which really embodies the feeling of spring. It is a seafood-oriented broth and performs it masterfully. The seafood taste is present but not exaggerated. The pork flavor cut out from the chashu, and overall the bowl is extremely refreshing. I believe this refreshing and complex taste is exactly what to reach chefs with similar fish dishes. I'll try again to get it before it gets out of the camp! The atmosphere of the restaurant is what I imagine, gatherings in Japan are like: extremely concentrated on food and a shaking pace for the customer. I think this can be done to put some shopgoers, but if you come for the riddles, you will be hit with the riddles.

I was looking for a good rally near San Jose and came over this . Was initially skeptical to try this place, but proved to be amazing. I have to say this is such a underestimated place. We ordered spicy vegan ramen and customizable chicken frames. Portions are worth the price. There is a limited seat, but you can take along. Must try out place for ramen and recommend it very much.

I waited a while, but the food was worth waiting. We ordered vegan caraage for the first time, which was juicy and delicious. We also ordered maize rice, Mecha rice and 2 bowls of ramen, one of them was spicy tonkatsu and the other was a special ramen that I already forgot the name. The entire culinary experience was great and will definitely return!!

I love this place. Ramen is $10-15 I always get the Shoyu staff is nice and fast. Many adjustments like how you want noodles.. not many other places do that

Great tasting ramen with lots of options for non meat eaters as well. Noodles were very fresh and the staff kind. Will be coming back again.
