Evolution Restaurant And Bar

This was our yearly Thanksgiving dinner out. Two of us had turkey and two had the prime rib. For this occasion it was a pris fixe menu with limited choices. All were excellent. We all agreed this restaurant's Thanksgiving meal is one of the valley's best kept secrets. Not crowded. Very nice.

40 minute wait for food was rediculous, only plus was it was convenient but not a reason to be so bad and expensive would not reccomend it to anyone.

We come here a few times a year for breakfast, this time it was for Fathers Day and we had a great breakfast and with that, came the outstanding service. We will continue to eat here. I highly recommend for breakfast, the buffet is hot and they keep it up so that your not waiting for food. Come check them out, you will enjoy.

Had a quick lunch Spinach salad was good but Pizza was not hot and crust was frozen pie
