Absolutely perfect banh mi: wonderfully crispy and airy bread, flavorful meat, spicy peppers, fragrant cilantro, and a delightful combination of sweet and tangy pickles.

This is a charming little spot for a quick bite when you're feeling hungry. The prices are reasonable compared to other sandwich places. I requested avocado instead of mayo in my tofu sandwich, and it was delicious. The sandwich costs $11, which isn't exactly cheap, but given the current economic conditions with rising prices, rent, and labor costs, it's understandable. Overall, the food is good and fresh.

Many banh mis have left me disappointed, Annie's did not. One of the best I have ever had.

Loved this place. Great lunch spot, cheap and great food. I love their banh mi. The very first time I tried it, I understood that this restaurant is a keeper. The baguette melts in your mouth. My usual pet peeve with banh mi is that they make it a touch dry but not this bad boy, it’s so fresh and flavorful. Will definitely frequent this place a lot.
