Lals - Sandwell

Food was awful!! Bland food even though asked to make the food spicy!! The chicken curry dishes are really bad! Chicken tasted rubbery. Never tasted chicken curry like this before. Ordered garlic chicken curry, and another chicken curry both seemed to have a tomato base sauce. Will never be visiting this restaurant again!! Would not recommend! And they call this fine dining, defo got that wrong!!!

Very friendly staff and food tasted very good. Underrated in my opinion as it is a bit out of the way in terms of location but worth going to!

Food was brilliant, cooked to the level of spice requested, service was quick and extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and it was the best Indian food I have had in quite some time. The Lamb Rogan Josh was incredibly tender, the mixed vegetable curry was perfectly cooked (not too soft or mushy), and the garlic chicken was absolutely delicious. To top it off, they even had Indian dessert Gulab Jamun on the menu.

On August 10th, 2018, my husband and I dined at Lals. We were greeted by a lady who promptly seated us at a beautifully presented table in lovely surroundings. We both ordered main courses and our drinks were served promptly. The food was absolutely delicious and just the right portion size. The Dansac was the best I have ever had. It was not overpriced and we will definitely be returning, especially since they offer a loyalty card. The lady who served us was a credit to the establishment.
