Kokanee Coffee - Sandpoint

We stumbled upon this hidden gem almost by chance, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. Even though we only had time for a quick lunch break, we really enjoyed the ambiance while we waited for our food. The Bibles on the tables, along with inspiring verses and a prayer wall, made us feel right at home. We even took a moment to add our own prayers and discuss the meaning of "Seeds to Ben" with our children. Both the lunch and coffee were delicious, and we left feeling grateful for our stop. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Sandpoint!

First and foremost, the owners and staff are absolutely amazing. They are incredibly helpful, sweet, and friendly. They assisted me with everything I needed. The coffee is delicious—nothing could be more perfect! The pumpkin flavor was just delightful. I also picked up the Roman Nose coffee after our hike, and I can't wait to try it! I highly recommend this place!

Now, let’s talk about the coffee. I really enjoyed the cappuccino and the black coffee; the local roasts offered a delightful depth of flavor. Moving on to the food! My son had the croissant with ham and egg, and it was perfect—he loved its flakiness. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito, which was delicious, especially the sausage! I had the eggs with sausage, and they were tasty and healthy, particularly with some salsa on the side. The highlight was definitely the muffin that we pulled apart—oh my goodness! My son and I were practically in a tug-of-war over the last bite. It was that good! I highly recommend saving some space to share it. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful meal! It is sad to see that someone post a negative review just because they feel that masks are forced on everyone. You have a choice, go somewhere else. Kokanee has a good job to protect his cartridges by other methods. That said, my wife, my son (10 and I visit atlanta. We always try new local breakfast shops and that was a jewel. Kelly (owner is a DOLL. She was warm and super friendly. The staff cooks every day all food fresh and it is delicious. My son ordered a croissant with ham and egg. He's our hardest critic and he loved it. My wife went with scrambled eggs loaded with vegetables... another good choice. Personally, I feel the winner with breakfast Burrito and homemade salsa...sooo yummy. Finally, we ended everything with a pastry, the train apart. Covered in cinnamon and butter, that was a piece of heaven. I'd be released if I didn't mention the coffee. Therefore we came: My wife and I enjoyed every cup of coffee and a cappuccino. Home roasted beans, kokanee is a light tasting, very beautiful brew. The cappuccino was tasteful and pleasant. We will definitely come back.
