Caffe Luce - San Xavier

Love this coffee place. Tried several drinks here and recommend the Mocha Hot to anyone wanting something a littler different. Customer service is great. Always excited to go into the office because I get to stop by here <3

The coffee is good, I just can’t get over the lady who takes orders in the front. She’s always surly and it feels like I’m inconveniencing her by just trying to make an order. Rushed me through my order and not giving me time to say what I want. Wouldn’t recommend just bc of how rude the environment feels

Good vibes, good coffee, good barista. Only thing I noticed was that on their menu they have a Chai Tea Latte which basically means Tea tea latte because Chai means Tea in Hindi.

The barista and the front counter lady was very short. We were sitting right beside the stairs. My fiance and I were actively listening for our drinks. We got our food and it was very good but we didn’t recieve our drinks. We waited about 25 min for our coffee (it was busy and we get that). We walked up to the counter and politely asked about our drinks. They said they had called three time and then they threw it out. The barista was very quiet and we were not able to hear her, we explained. They said “so do you want us to remake it?” And we said yes please (again, very kindly). It was two hot coffees nothing crazy. There was no one in line at the time of us asking. They waited 5-10 minutes, more patrons came in and They took the orders and filled the orders of 10 other people before remaking our drink. Quality of product was good but I’m sorry, this service was very much not okay

I got an oat milk latte. The oat milk was sweetened. It was disgusting and I immediately threw it away. No one mentioned it was sweetened Regular latte was good though
