Pizza Hut - San Vicente

Service always good. Pizza quality is Pizza hut quality. Can't compare. Either you like it or not. Last time I visited they seemed to have only ONE grated cheese cup... I had to ask the table who had it for a little bit to put on my pizza. They didn't have sachets either... Weird!

I ordered online at the pizzahutcr website and this locale is who brought my order. When ordering online they have a small space at checkout for notes but it doesnt let you put more than 4 or 5 words. Since pizza hut in costa rica is very inconsistent with distribuition of cheese and toppings I usually leave the note like the picture plea or cheese to border ple otherwise you might get a pizza that has slices with no cheese or toppings on some slices or the boarder crust is 4 inches inches instead of 1 inch like it should be. The last time I ordered I got a call from a manager asking what the note meant, to which I explained and apologized for being necio and she said not to worry. The supreme pizzas got here and had cheese and toppings to the edge, which was not what I asked for but I was pleased with it nonetheless. I ate a couple of slices and on my third slice I bit into what I thought was a burnt onion because of how hard it was and when it wouldnt give I reached in my mouth and took it out and realised it was a plastic bag corner from an ingredient bag or sauce bag that had been cooked onto the pizza. Now, I dont know if it was an honest mistake or if they had done it on purpose because of my note but I felt nauseous for the rest of the night and the next morning. I did not call because I did not want my wife or son who had just eaten the same pizza to be grossed out by the level of nasty. After years of giving them lots of money and second chances I have decided to just not eat pizzahut anymore and do not recommend that anyone else eat it. Just order Papa Johns. Pizzahut costa rica pizzas are very small and very expensive anyway. For what you pay there you could go to a nice restaurant with good size portions and not feel buyers remorse afterward.

Pizza Hut is always a good option, but this Restaurant in the Moravia sector is incredibly slow, cannot be compared to the service of Pizza Hut Heredia or Pizza Hut Cartago. The saloner's attention was cordial, but you have to go with patience
