Great add on options available. The taste overall was pretty good too. However it did seem like very small portions, or at least what I got. They don’t fill up the bowl, it is misleading. A medium for a snack or large for a small meal would be needed. It is conveniently located right across the CR National Theater.

Very small portion sizes for almost NYC prices. The acai feels watered down because you can feel the ice crystals.

Went to the Jaco Walk location and the staff were friendly and the bowls were great. Really enjoyed the variety of acai bowls they have.

The guy who took care of me at first was nice and pleasent and he seam very considerate of my time and experience. However; later came a girl that erase that interaction altogether. I had a bowl that had a tiny smear of nutella and I ask if I could have more (asked because in previous visits they had put abigger amount on a consistent basis).. She smirk at me in such a condescending way and say this is what it should be based on what you pay, if you want more you should pay more... to be honest if she had said it without the attiutud of judgement I would had understand but instead of enjoying a nice treat I felt really bad about the interaction. I do not advocate that you give extras away, if the guy had said it in the appropiate manner in which he first treated me I would not be writing this review . I mainly write this review because I have heard other peolpe say they had also had a really bad experience with a female employee but is the first time I deal with her (unfortunately I did not catch her name). When I ask those peolpe if they left a review they said no, so it also occur to me that the owner may not be aware. The product is good , and the male representative was also nice. The one star is base on her and the fact that I hope future visitors are treated better. We are a tourist town that needs to put its best face forward for not only the people that lives here but also for the tourist from other parts of Costa Rica and abroad and we should take care of this interactions each and every time.
