Contribuiți la feedbackI love how cute this small restaurant is. The menu is very diverse and the prices are reasonable. The service was good and our orders were served quickly. I tried the Tori Q Pesto Pasta and it was delicious, not many small restaurants can make a tasty pesto pasta like this one. The Katsu sandwich was also enjoyable.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy at this restaurant. However, our evening was ruined by a female staff member who neglected to properly clean the restroom after a customer had used it. She then served food without washing her hands and mishandled our dishes. Despite our complaints, she was unapologetic and rude. We hope that the staff receive better training in the future. The service was a disappointment, but we still consider the restaurant for future visits. It was concerning to see the cook taking over restroom duties, as we hope he has better hygiene practices than the cashier.
This Japanese restaurant is a charming little cafe-style spot that offers interesting dishes. The service is decent and the atmosphere is small and quirky. The food is quite good overall. The black katsudon is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, cooked perfectly. The chicken karaage pops are also delicious, with a crispy and flavorful coating. I wasn't a fan of the kitschy mayo gyoza, as I didn't think the creamy sauce complemented the dumplings well. The prices are very reasonable, making it a place I would definitely visit again.
I really like how kawaii this tiny resto is. Their menu is really varied and food is reasonably priced. Service was good. Our orders were served quite quickly than I expected. Ordered Tori Q Pesto Pasta and I have to say that I really enjoyed it. Not many small restos can actually serve delicious pesto pasta. Their Katsu Sandwich was also enjoyable.
Food is great. Place is cozy. Value for money. However the lady staff ruined our night when she went to the restroom to flush the toilet after a customer used it but somehow forgot to flush. After that she proceed to serve the order of the customer without even washing her hands then the worst thing happened when she served our orders not using a tray with hand holding the lip of the bowl nearly touching the food. We called her attention but like any other stubborn individual she found an excuse saying she washed her hand and even used a sanitizer when all the while we were observing her all along. She did not even apologize and acted quite rude. Hope they train their people well as service is still one of our top consideration. When we were about to go out, guess who went to the restroom...the cook. Hopefully he has better hygiene than the cashier.
