Racks - San Jose del Monte

We ordered fried chicken, mashed potatoes, cornbread biscuits, corn, soup, and iced tea for the four of us. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious. However, the customer service could have been improved as there was only one waitress serving us and a few other tables.

The food quality is inconsistent at this restaurant. I tried a few dishes and the quality varied. Both the fish and chips and the steak were disappointing. The staff, including the manager and servers, only know how to say "yes sir" and "I'm sorry." I'm not sure if they understood my concerns. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I have tried Racks in Pampanga, SM North EDSA, and now here. I have tasted their Cork Bags, Rib-Eye-Rib-Hak, Fish and Chips, Buffalo Wings, and Salads. Unfortunately, the Fish and Chips I tried at the Racks Connecticut carpark in Greenhills Shopping Center were disappointing. The fish was soggy and covered in deep-fried batter. I had to cut the fish with a fork and knife. My overall opinion of this restaurant now reflects its recent popularity. This is the third time I have been let down by Racks. It appears that their preparation methods vary between locations. However, their Baby Cork Bags and salads are delicious, especially with their homemade sauce.

Is ingenious still and they can buy their sauce for $5.31 there were four of us and we ordered two orders of half-stand classic baby back ribs. came with two sides, no drink and a choice of mais or garlic. brot no big fan of brotes, but the flesh falls off the bone! the sauce and garlic fried rice....very satisfying! was not too crazy about the pommes with the heavy when my pommes were a little burned, but my friend was perfect. we had kartoffels (carbo loading! that was really creamy and has no gravur so easy used the gravure for the frits that worked in order. the image that I wear does not do justice to the aromes that it has.

The foods' taste and portioning are western [American-given]. The barbeque sauce are great! Service was nice. Not extraordinary but not bad too. :
