The Province - San Jose

Happy Hour with friends is always fun and I was able to check out the Province at Bay 101 TheProvince_SJ. We ordered all the items from the HH menu, fried calamari rings with a roasted jalapeños aioli, Four house styled buffalo chicken wings, Truffle fries., avacado toast with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, Oysters on the haft shell with a pomegranate migonette. My favorite item was the Avocado

Nice restaurant inside the bay 101 casino, relative new. Mostly Asian style american good, the taste is ok, good cocktails, perfect for dates, company or friends gathering, relaxing after eork, or just grab a drink and quick bite. Very nice ambience, and right next to highway.

I have visited this place twice with co-workers. Decor and ambiance is pretty nice. both the times we sat in the bar area. Good variety of food and appetizers. I have had both times the Teriyaki Salmon and it is cooked to perfection. Amarillo Shrimp appetizer was fire and hit the spot. definitely recommend it.

Pretty good place and nice ambience. Food was good too. Went with kids, they had dining area where it was kid friendly while we enjoyed a few drinks.

Had a late dinner here (it was open), calamari was average, brick chicken very good. Very good service, however the experience was ruined because the waiter spilled the sauce of the plates on my clothes when removing them from table. No proactive response was taken, so we decided to pay and leave. It is the casino restaurant, so the ambience is what you might expect.
