The Blue Door Restaurant Bar - San Jose

Almost everything on the menu is good! There were seven in our lunch group, and we all ordered something else. I love the Greek Pommes. The Gyro sandwich and the Lambburger are excellent. The red and golden beet salad and the Horiatiki Salata are also excellent choices. The weekend brunch menu is also excellent. I enjoy the California Eggs Benedict. The blue door is elegant and the service is exceptional.

We went for a family birthday party and got the back room, it was the perfect place! Friendly staff and service.

Bathrooms need to be cleaned Inside needs to be passed bred, starting to show wear. Music was great. Seating far enough away from music did not make it difficult to talk. Will be back, as usual.

We sat on the patio, which was pleasant except for just one racing engine. Blackened Salmon Salad was the glory dish. The person who ordered the curry mac and cheese enjoyed it. I wasn't asked how I wanted my lamb sliders cooked, and they were overcooked and rather dry. I should have specified medium rare. That apple dessert was wonderful. Service was great.
