Rubio's Coastal Grill - San Jose

I am giving this restaurant a 5-star review for its fantastic food quality and exceptional service from the manager on duty on the evening of the 19th. Despite a mix-up with our online order that resulted in toppings being removed from two dishes, the fault lies with the online ordering tool rather than the store manager. The manager kindly offered to remake our orders and when we returned to collect them, he was very pleasant to interact with. This excellent customer experience has convinced me to dine at this location again in the future.

This restaurant is one of the top spots to order delicious shrimp dishes! I savored the al pastor shrimp bowl for lunch and was impressed. The restaurant has plenty of seating options, including outdoor seating, and the wait time is typically only 5 to 10 minutes. I highly recommend it!

Great tasty food and i love the salsas with galápagos and carrots.

I'm Keto and Rubio's has delicious keto options. Today I had the Langostino bowl with cauliflower rice and no beans. The best!

Best burrito I've had in San Jose, I definitely need to try out other items. The place was pretty clean and they even have a salsa bar, I liked all their salsas, although although I personally didn't find them too be spicy, and you can also find lime and lemon wedges, and cilantro with onion at the salsa bar. I had their California chicken burrito which is a pretty big burrito, and it came with a side of chips so that's a nice bonus!
