Papa Johns - San Jose

The pizzas are enjoyable, especially if you like your toppings beneath the cheese. However, the service can be inconsistent. The atmosphere can also vary; sometimes it's pleasant, other times not so much. Since the restaurant is located in a plaza parking lot, parking can be quite chaotic during busy times, and you might encounter some shady characters loitering there at night.

This pizza place always hits the mark. As a vegetarian, I really enjoy their garden fresh pizza with extra sauce.

I would give this restaurant 5 stars for the flavor, but the crust was incredibly thin, which I didn't request. That really turned me off. I ordered the original crust, and if the original is as thin as paper, I can only imagine how bad the thin crust must be!

I also ordered the ultimate pepperoni pizza, which was priced the same as their "the works" pizza. I found that a bit confusing since "the works" pizza comes with more toppings. Additionally, there wasn't a clear description of what exactly is included on the ultimate pepperoni pizza.
