Mountain Mike's Pizza - San Jose

Had great experience in this pizza shop. I placed a sale order for Bergveggie more pizza and boneless chicken wings. Order was ready before time and staff (Specially the manager in this store) is nice and polite. Overall one must try and highly recommended.

I regularly go to Mountain Mikes, but this was my first time in this Mountain Mikes on Alum Rock. Very clean pizza restaurant. Pizza was hot, fresh with a good crust and lots of pepperoni. Just delicious and best Mountain Mikes pizza. Also got a salad, crispy fresh iceberg salad, plump tomatoes, baby carrots, black olives and cucumber top of this delicious salad. Wish it had cheese and some more salad dressing, but it was very fresh tasting and presented very fresh looking in a tray container (already made). The salad was almost $7, but good price for this size salad. My family and I have decided that this Mountain Mikes, although a little further from us, this Mountain Mikes Pizza Square is our new Favorite Pizza Square. We look forward to going back soon! The bathroom was clean and the restaurant had a spacious seat. Cash was nice too. Was a little disappointed that I did not return any vouchers for a return trip as I plan to return. I wish I had a voucher.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and the redesigned dining area adds a modern flair to the row of shops. The pizza here is consistently high quality. Just a heads up, I recommend calling ahead for takeout to ensure your dining experience is as expected.

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and to my dismay, my nephew found three small chicken bones in his slice. Luckily, he didn't break his teeth. Our appetites were completely ruined, and when he complained, we only received a message apologizing for the inconvenience. I would not recommend eating at this restaurant again. How does one even get chicken bones in a pizza? Unbelievable.

The owner or manager was furious when I returned to the restaurant to get a soda they forgot to bring me, and they also gave me the wrong chicken wings. They yelled at me and said this would be the first and last time they would fix this for me. When their employee called me about the forgotten soda order, it was clear that the customer service was terrible. The owner even called the police on me because I was upset about how I was treated. I stayed to show the cops that I had done nothing wrong, and they took no action.
