Mcdonald's - San Jose

I am disappointed in McDonald's as they seem to have become stagnant. The menu has remained the same for years and even the new additions don't last long. I try to avoid McDonald's unless the McRib is available every few years. Other than that, I would rather go without a meal.

I found the location to be very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and my niece enjoyed the nuggets.

I ordered 80 nuggets, but only received 40. However, my other orders were correct and delicious.

I ordered my food at 5:57 o'clock. I sat down and waited for my food. I ate chocolate. since I worked for 5 years in food business, I waited for 15min because this is a typical time for where I worked and still, not eating. I also didn't want to get up and complain because I know how it is with annoying customers. Anyway, I went out to get my food, and the lady tells me that I waited too long for my food and was probably suspicious because I came too late. She claimed it was ordered as 25 minutes ago when it was only 15. the cashier then said that he gave me my food and I told him he didn't. he clearly gave it to someone. I'm not sure how I've been working in the cash all the time. very disappointing. they probably think I lied to get more food. they need a better organization. eating for the wrong people is a stupid mistake. all in all they have done this again and I have eaten mine. I'm just frustrated that I was patient at my meal and then they say that she gave it to me.

I hate McDonald's because they want too much money for too little food.
