Jamba Juice - San Jose

The Gotcha Matcha is extremely unpleasant, but the people working there are friendly.

Upon arrival, I was not greeted at the door. When I entered, they informed me that I was in the wrong line and proceeded to assist the person who came in after me without checking if I needed help. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

As a fan of Jamba Juice, I was let down by this particular location. The strawberry surfrider and mango-a-go-go drinks I ordered were both watered down, unlike the delicious flavors I'm used to from the Gilroy or Salinas stores. However, the manager reached out to me to address the issue and sent me free drink cards and a glass to make amends for the poor quality. This shows great understanding of customer service and business. I will give this place another chance if I'm in the area to see if the problem has been resolved. Kudos to the manager!

Good service great smoothie , just what I needed to pick me up. wish more people know about cactus in green smoothies thought yummy , cash and card they take) and there's a bathroom for me I think those things are good to mention too)

Everyone Was Very Nice .The Cashier asked if I wanted to use my discount. I never thought I had one. I'm glad he helped me out.
