Burrito Factory - San Jose

The food is absolutely delicious! It was my first time trying Mexican cuisine, and it was the best experience I've ever had! I will definitely come back! The staff was really friendly as well. Xx

I had the best breakfast burrito in a long time! I ordered the chorizo and eggs but added potatoes, lime, and green salsa. Every bite was delicious and reminded me of my grandmother's cooking, which is tough to replicate.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to the Brito Factory today. I hadn't been there in 15 years, and it’s still a fantastic place for authentic Mexican food. The shredded pork was delicious, and I had the beef quesadilla, which was wonderful. It would have been helpful if I could speak Spanish since the ladies at the counter didn't speak English, but there were plenty of options to customize your order. The tables were a bit small, so I have to deduct a point for the atmosphere, but overall, this is a delightful restaurant that I truly admire.

This is a lovely and cozy restaurant. I tried the fish taco and a gordita, both of which were excellent and beautifully presented. For dessert, I had a churro and coffee, and I must say that this churro is the closest I've tasted to authentic Mexican churros outside of Mexico. The customer service was outstanding, with a very friendly lady attending to us. I really enjoyed sitting outside. Thank you!

The beans were not very good. I ordered the Chile Relleno, and while the proteins were fluffy and the Chile was tender and cooked perfectly, the rice was decent, but I wouldn't recommend the beans. I usually cook with canned beans myself. On this visit, the flavors were a bit off, and the taste was sour, which was disappointing since I was really hungry and looking forward to enjoying the meal. That said, the customer service was excellent. The cashier who took my order this afternoon was very friendly. I was tired and just wanted to get my food and go, but I noticed the cashier greeting another customer and even brought her food out to her. It's a small gesture, but it really makes a difference after a long day, especially when the staff are so welcoming. I might try the Flotta combo again in the future.
