Bonchon Silver Creek - San Jose

It's been awhile since I had kfc and it was good as always. I got the small combo soy garlic which comes with six wings and three drums, and some onion rings. I kinda wish I gotten all wings because the drums were too big to eat and were a lil salty from all the sauce. Onion rings were big and was good too.

We went in at about 40 minutes before closing and they seemed reluctant to seat us. I ordered the strips which I've ordered at other Bonchon locations so I know what to expect, also I ordered radish not coleslaw. The waiter brought out what I'm sure was the boneless wings due to the small size. They also brought coleslaw so I think the waiter guessed at the order, got it wrong, then tried to hide his mistake. There also was absolutely no breading on these supposed strips. I took one bite and it was completely dry and inedible. I didnt finish and asked for the order to be refunded. The waiter tried to convince me these were strips and I'll give credit he offered to have them remake or give something else, but the quality was so appaling l didn't want anything else. I would go to Bonchon again at other locations but I'll never go back to this location, but wanted to give feedback

I had been ordering from Bonchon food was always great. Today is not. The rice on fried rice was not fully cooked, very dry and no flavor at all. The chicken was dry too and hard to chew. No utensils, no napkin.

I added extra bulgogi for the fries but it looked like they didn't put in extra. My friend opened up the japchae and there was a big chunk of bulgogi in there. It wasn't shredded to go with the noodles. It was weird. The food is very expensive.

My food was all cold and soggy besides the rice. The chicken was soggy cold and undercooked. The fries also did not seem to be cooked either.
