I met a friend for dinner at this restaurant with high expectations based on their menus and reviews. It turned out to be a mixed experience. The waiter was attentive and friendly, and the pasta dishes we tried were delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce was well-balanced, and the shrimp were cooked just right. The Brussel sprouts were crispy without being burnt. The calamari had a nice crunchy batter but was a bit too salty for my taste. The dipping sauce was tasty, but the calamari itself was undercooked and soggy. The ribeye steak, advertised as grilled, was seasoned well but lacked the expected sear and was more tender like prime rib. Some parts of the fat were tough and rubbery. Despite this, I plan to return and try other dishes on the menu as they sound interesting.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant last week. The menu was great, the food was delicious, the service was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and there was easy parking. There are not many non-chain "fine dining" options in South San Jose, so finding this place was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be returning in the future.
