No one helped me, and I was totally ignored. I asked for assistance, and the staff looked at me like I was an alien. Horrible customer service

Cute little wine bar downtown. Jesse the bartender is the absolute best. I’m only in town every few weeks, but if I stop in he remembers me AND every single drink I’ve ordered previously.

Really nice cozy place, and the one thing they have that no one else does, is an extremely good violin player who plays in the outdoor area. I've learned a little violin and this guy is *good* I've lived in San Jose for years now and the violin player here is far and away the best musician you can hear without paying $50 and up for a ticket. Yes, it's a wine bar but if you want your kid to have a good impression of violin-playing, take them to the outdoor patio here when Gabriel the violin player is doing his thing. It goes without saying that the coffee etc are to a high standard also.
