Been trying to figure out how to review the various food stands in Chase Center. I tried to post a review for one business and it was booted in the Chase Center business listing which just didn't seem right. As a result, I withheld from writing anything about the food stands until recently. The previous NBA season 2019-2020 also marked the opening of Chase Center. I remember that we didn't try this stand until a couple months into the season, late 2019 most likely. At that time, I tried their signature burger dog and was not impressed. Again, likely due to the hype and expectations, this just didn't wow me. After the arena reopened this fall, my friends and I have been venturing out more to try new and past dining spots. This stand happens to be right by my seat so when my friend wanted to their burger, I opted for their hot dog With lowered expectations from the previous year, I really enjoyed this hot dog which was pretty sizeable, about 1.5 times the size of a Costco one. The kicker for me what the chewy texture of the meat's outer skin grilled? and the number of ingredients that garnished this. I didn't even need to add anything to it. Will probably return here later in the season to have another one and the French fries which may be from them or the neighboring Bakesdale Betty chicken stand.
