No extra waiting or go park here and we'll bring it out... none of that, it was great! Girl atthe drive thru window was very nice and courteous and the burgers were delicious! I'll definitely be going back soon. Thank youMickey D's San Dimas!
This is a location that gets very busy, but the staff does a good job and tries their best. It's my go-to location because the food is fresher, the burgers are stacked with more care, and the speed of service is just way faster than other locations thatmight be closer. I usually choose pickup or curbside, but it also has a play place for children as well for those dining inside.Overall, this location has fresh food and service. Hot fries, cold drinks, friendly people.
My fries were carelessly dumped onto my napkins, making them greasy, and they tasted thicker and drier than I remembered from my last visit two months ago. Overall, it felt like a waste of money! The burger was dry and lacked flavor, despite my request for extra pickles. I won't be coming back for another burger. On another visit yesterday, May 12, 2022, I stopped by for a breakfast biscuit and a drink. When I went to refill my drink, I discovered that the signs indicating how to use the soda fountain had been removed, and the dispenser had no mixing nozzle, causing soda to spray all over my coat sleeve. When I approached the counter to inform the manager or shift leader—an older woman with gray hair—she didn’t seem concerned about the mess on my coat and pointed out the small sign on the wall. However, there was only one small sign on the left wall, and nothing in front of the machines. This situation could easily lead to unsuspecting customers getting sprayed with soda. I find the management here to be quite lacking, and I believe that the franchise owner should address these issues. The shift leader's attitude was completely inappropriate, and she seemed disorganized. When I asked for a drink refill, I waited about six minutes while she attended to other customers and ignored my presence. McDonald's policies are frustrating, especially when they require you to throw your cup in the trash, creating more waste. In contrast, competitors like AMC Theatres, Habit Burger, Del Taco, El Pollo Loco, and Boston Market allow customers to serve themselves drink refills. It's time for McDonald's to rethink their approach!
The standard operating procedure at this McDonald's is excellent, and I've never encountered any issues here. It's one of the better locations around. Honestly, it's the best place for frappes—especially their mocha frappe, which is always spot on.
I arrived a little after 9 PM and placed my order using the app for pickup. Although the sign says the dining room is open until 10, all the doors were locked. I would have liked to go somewhere else, but since I had already paid and couldn't cancel, I was stuck. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes in the drive-thru line before finally getting my food. In total, it took me over half an hour to get my order. This is absurd! If I had 30 minutes to spare, I wouldn't choose fast food!
