There was only one other person in line. The service was quick and efficient, and there was plenty of parking available.

The workers at this restaurant have consistently provided poor customer service on multiple occasions with different employees. They appeared frustrated and grumpy, showing little care towards customers. Fortunately, during my recent visit, a manager was present and quickly resolved the issue. Other Subway locations I have been to have been satisfactory, but unfortunately, this particular one falls short. Despite its proximity to my workplace, I have decided not to visit this location again.

The customer service is poor, online ordering is subpar, and the cleanliness is lacking. It would be beneficial to remind employees that wearing gloves while using their phones defeats the purpose of wearing gloves. Overall, the restaurant is dirty.

I had an issue with my order, but when I went in today, Wesam did the best job of handling the situation and reassuring me that it won?t happen again. Thank you for that! I order every day, and after yesterday?s frustration I was planning on no longercoming but when I met with Wesam today and let him know what happened it completely changed my perspective!

Customer service was pretty bad. There was a lady working there on Wednesday 1/2or 1/26.. she is not the normal person you see there around lunch.. attitude was pretty bad almost as if it was a problem she had to toast and add veggies to my sandwich. Notsure if sandwich building has changed but its almost as if the sandwiches are just thrown together. Then wrapped up. I watchedher make a sandwich for an elderly and I almost wanted to say dont accept that $hit .. anyway.. I 'd look for another storenearby or just go to a whole different sandwich shop altogether.
