Contribuiți la feedbackI had an issue with my order, but when I went in today, Wesam did the best job of handling the situation and reassuring me that it won?t happen again. Thank you for that! I order every day, and after yesterday?s frustration I was planning on no longercoming but when I met with Wesam today and let him know what happened it completely changed my perspective!
Customer service was pretty bad. There was a lady working there on Wednesday 1/2or 1/26.. she is not the normal person you see there around lunch.. attitude was pretty bad almost as if it was a problem she had to toast and add veggies to my sandwich. Notsure if sandwich building has changed but its almost as if the sandwiches are just thrown together. Then wrapped up. I watchedher make a sandwich for an elderly and I almost wanted to say dont accept that $hit .. anyway.. I 'd look for another storenearby or just go to a whole different sandwich shop altogether.
My favorite place to get lunch. I get a few foot lengths and split them off, good cost effective sandwiches.
Workers have really bad customer service on several occasions with different workers. Seemed frustrated and grumpy and didn’t care. At least this time a manager was there and quickly resolved the issue. Other subways that I’ve been too had been fine. Too bad for this location. I decided to give them multiple tries because close to work but won’t go there again.
Customer service is trash.Online ordering is trash.The cleanliness is trash.Should probably tell your employees that putting on gloves and being on your phone defeats the purpose of the gloves.Dirty.
