The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. The staff were very patient with a group of soccer players, despite being understaffed. Despite this, they were quick to bring out our food.

Lupe and Carolina at KFC were extremely rude and impatient. I visited today around 2:30 and while placing my order, I decided to cancel it and drive 15 minutes further to a different KFC on University Avenue. Remember, customer service is important in this industry. However, Angelica at the University Avenue KFC was very nice and helpful.

Ordered on doordash three times and have yet to get any food. Not a big fan.

Amazing experience! The woman working at the counter was incredible. Major props to her, seriously! She was extremely friendly and helpful. She truly brightened my day! The chicken sandwich and coleslaw were both delicious. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant soon.

All KFC food taste the same. We did an order via the app. It would not take off the mashed potatoes and get coleslaw. We got the free sandwich. We get to the counter and tell the girl we want coleslaw instead, she tells us we could have done it on the app.I told her we did and it would not take it.
