I feel like this is an under rated place for the late night and normal dinner stop. The staff is very attentive, always striving for quick service. Salsa bar is on point and always fresh. Food is tasty and high quality for the price. El pollo loco, keep up the great work! Glad you?re here.

Wonderful hearty chicken soup that is not something that is usually expected from a fast food franchise. The Birrie was also surprisingly good.

They are busy so things might slip through the cracks, but if you let them know what the problem is, they will do their best to fix it. Great customer service, good hard working facility.

The staff at this point is friendly and helpful. Eating is always hot, plentiful and tasty. I didn't have the reward app and they took the time to help me set it up and explained the rewards.
